The workflow begins in SAMPRO TechAnywhere. When a work order is acknowledged, a technician can create the associated XOi job right from the mobile process.

Step 2 — Capture what matters (photos, videos, tags, notes)
Technicians document the call with photo/video and structured context so issues, fixes, and recommendations are clear—internally and to the customer.

Step 3 — Share customer-facing visual insights instantly
TechAnywhere provides direct links to XOi Vision so clickable media links can be shared via receipts, text, or email for faster approvals and issue resolution.

Step 4 — Route content to the back office (and into SAMPRO records)
Captured content is stored securely in the cloud and routed to the office. It can populate across SAMPRO records (site record, work order, etc.) to trigger quoting opportunities, safety documentation, and follow-up workflows.
